Skeet Ulrich is an American actor best known for his role as Billy Loomis in the original Scream, which helped establish him as a prominent figure in 1990s cinema. He later starred in films such as The Craft and As Good as It Gets, and went on to find continued success on television with roles in series including Jericho, Law & Order: LA, and Riverdale, where he portrayed FP Jones.
