General Questions
Where can I find out signing deadlines?
All signing deadlines are located on each order page for both preorders and send-ins. Further changes to deadlines are made via our email and social media channels.
Can a signing sell out?
Yes, signings can and do sell out! For higher-demand signers, we recommend placing an order as early as possible.
I paid for a signing, when will I receive my item?
All of our signings are completed as soon as the talent’s schedule allows, and will be posted on our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) to notify everyone that it’s been completed. Once the signing is complete, shipping of all items begins approximately 1-2 weeks after. Your order will be updated once your item has been shipped with a tracking number.
If your order is still waiting for a signing to be completed in order for all parts of it to be fulfilled, your order will be held until all signings are completed.
Are signing requests guaranteed (Ink Color, Placement, Inscriptions, etc.)?
Unfortunately, no. We do our very best effort to follow requests, however sometimes there are factors outside of our control. We cannot control the signer once the pen is handed to them, nor can we predict/prevent some other unforeseen issues such as pen malfunctions.
We bring with us ample supply of markers and prep/test them prior to use to hopefully mitigate most issues. In the instance of customer provided-pens, if a pen is not performing well, we may substitute to the next closest option.
Inscriptions/Quotes will always be subject to the signer's approval and discretion.
Can I send my own item in to be signed?
Of course! This is called a "Send-In Item". When placing an order, you will need to select the category of the item that you are sending in. Please make sure to properly label the back of your item with your Order number and return shipping address.
In addition, please label the front of your item with the name of the signer, pen color, any inscription requests, and placement on where you would like the item signed.
Can I add a second signer to an item you already have in your possession?
Of course! When ordering, you would still select "Add to Existing Order". This will prompt a field for you to provide us the previous order number so we can make sure the correct item is being added to.
What is the difference between personalization, character name, and quote?
Personalization would be the actor writing “To John” Character name would be “Captain America” Quote would be a line of dialogue from one of their films, such as “I can do this all day.”
Shipping Questions

What if I want to insure my item for more than the $5,000 limit on the order form?
