  • All convention service orders are final sale. NO refunds will be issued unless the celebrity cancels (no-show) or a send-in item and/or autograph add-ons are declined by the celebrity.
  • Following charges will separately invoiced subsequent to the show when your items will be shipped back to you:
    • Return shipping costs will be invoiced separately, once items are ready to ship (shipping will display as $0 at checkout)

    • Autograph add-ons (e.g. personalization, character name and quote) will display $0 at checkout. If add-on fees are charged at the table, they will be invoiced separately.
  • Autograph add-ons are NOT guaranteed. By completing checkout and agreeing to Terms of Service, you acknowledge and assume the risk that the celebrity may decline add-on requests.

Deadlines

  • Pre-order: February 23, 2026
  • Send-ins: Order by February 20, 2026; Items due February 24, 2026
  • Add to existing order: February 23, 2026

Expected Completion Date

Convention date: February 27 - March 1

Upon completion of the show, your signed items will be shipped back to you. Please allow at least 1 week subsequent to convention for the return shipping to begin.

Send-in Details

  1. Place an order
  2. Label your items accordingly, including placements for the autograph, personalization, character name and quotes, as applicable
  3. Label the back of your item with order number, name and return shipping address (if return shipping address is different than what was included during checkout, please add explanation)
  4. Securely package your labeled item(s) and mail to:
