Whether you’re attending the convention or can’t make it in person, we’re excited to help collectors around the world get their favorite collectibles signed by the incredible guest lineup. 

Simply purchase the signing(s) for the guest(s) you'd like, either pre-order and include a photo you'd like for us to print or ship your item to us, and our team will handle the rest—from receiving your collectible to obtaining the autograph and safely returning it to you.

We can’t wait to help you add some amazing autographs to your collection. Please note the following:

• All convention service orders are final sale. NO refunds will be issued unless the celebrity cancels (no-show) or a send-in item and/or autograph add-ons are declined by the celebrity.
• Following charges will separately invoiced subsequent to the show when your items will be shipped back to you:
  • Return shipping costs will be invoiced separately, once items are ready to ship (shipping will display as $0 at checkout)
  • [If applicable] Prices listed, including the prices for add-ons (personalization, character name and quote) are based on either the show’s predetermined pricing (if available) or an estimated amount. If the actual price differs at the show, any additional charges or applicable refunds will be invoiced or processed accordingly.
• Autograph add-ons are NOT guaranteed. By completing checkout and agreeing to Terms of Service, you acknowledge and assume the risk that the celebrity may decline add-on requests.
